The fixed price you’ll see is for a boiler swap at the same location. For instance, if your old combi boiler is in your kitchen and meets current regulations, we will replace it with a new combi boiler and reconnect the existing pipework

Following is a list of what’s included in your Fixed price. 

● Boiler Replacement with Std Horizontal Flue:

It consists of your new boiler and a Standard horizontal flue terminal.

● Boiler Replacement with Vertical Flue:

It consists of your new boiler, a vertical flue terminal, Flue extensions, Flue adaptor, flue bends, clamps and roof flashing.

● In Addition, Both Prices Include:

A Wireless Programmer, A System Magnetic Filter,10 Years Warranty On Parts & Labour, A Gas-Safe Certificate, A Building Regs Certificate, Complete System chemical flush, Recycling of old boiler, Chemical solution addition (inhibitor) to prevent breakdowns and keep new boiler working efficiently and effectively, reconnection of existing pipework and making good on completion●

A flue is like a chimney. It’s a pipe that takes waste from your boiler and carries it outside. The flue exit looks a bit like an exhaust pipe, either on the wall or on the roof.

Horizontal and vertical are the two types of flues available. 

Simply put, A Gas-safe registered engineer. We do not use Sub-contractors, they are our own fitters.
