What is a Video Survey?
Using a Smartphone or Tablet a video call is set up between you and one of our friendly heating expert. They’ll then ask you to show them your current boiler, flue and pipework and area around your boiler. After the visual assessment our expert will recommend a boiler that will be a perfect fit for your home.
