Once you’ve confirmed your order our team will call you to double check on what you’ve ordered ensuring nothing is missed and will confirmed the name of engineer coming to fit your new boiler. We don’t use sub-contractors they are our own fitters.

Talk to our team if you require any additional material or services which are not a part of your quote.

On The Day

Our engineers arrive with all ordered materials so there is no time wasted waiting for unnecessary deliveries.

Our Chap’s are friendly, familiar, right on time, and will walk you through what the job involves and how they’ll go about it. So you can relax and leave it to them.

Once the job is done and dusted, they’ll take away your old product as well as any debris from the site.

You Pay & Recieve

Once the job is complete & your new boiler is tested to current standards, our engineer will explain how to use your new boiler & controls.

Then you pay us using the method of payment you had selected during the ordering process.

Once payment is done, before leaving our engineer with issue & handover gas safe certificate along with boiler book and other installation documents signed by him.

Quality Checks & We Follow up

Whilst you enjoy the comforts of your new boiler our team members audits the engineer’s full report with images submitted for quality checks. We do it to make sure our good quality promise is delivered.

Your feedback is as important as getting business from you. You’ll receive a call after a few days to check and make sure you stay happy & warm.
